Tree & grounds service for communities & resorts

Community managers and resort operators need a vendor who gives notice before equipment arrives, keeps the work area secured, and leaves the property clean. We handle storm trees, crane removals, trip hazards, tie-downs and routine grounds on occupied properties, with a written scope and one point of contact.

Who we work with

Built for occupied properties

  • Manufactured housing communities
  • RV resorts & campgrounds
  • HOAs & condo associations
  • Hotels & hospitality properties
  • Property management companies
  • Regional multi-property operators

Whether you manage one community or a portfolio, the process is the same: site walk, written scope, scheduled work, signed completion.

What we handle

Tree, concrete and grounds work in one crew

Emergency

Storm & hazard trees

Trees on homes, roofs, fences, carports and roads. We secure the site first, then remove the hazard.

Crane work

Crane-assisted removal

Trees too close to homes, units or amenities to drop are pieced out by crane and lowered under control.

Stumps

Stump grinding & cleanup

Stumps ground below grade, chips cleaned up or left as mulch, backfilled and leveled.

Hardscape

Trip-hazard & concrete repair

Sidewalk trip hazards, panel replacement, pads and curbing, plus amenity and fountain restoration.

MH setup

Setup & tie-downs

Piers, leveling, anchors and straps, plus re-leveling and tie-down inspection and replacement on existing homes.

Grounds

Scheduled grounds keeping

Mowing, edging, shrub and palm trimming, beds and mulch, and storm cleanup, from a crew that knows your site.

Questions

What managers ask before they call

Do you provide a certificate of insurance and W-9?

Yes. Request them on our vendor info page and we will send the documents your office needs, including certificate holder wording if your property requires it.

How quickly can you respond to storm damage?

For emergency tree work, call (386) 212-4828. We secure the hazard first. For non-emergency requests, site walks are scheduled within the week for most requests.

Will residents and guests be notified before work starts?

We coordinate resident or guest notices with your office before equipment arrives, and the work area is secured at the end of every workday.

How do you handle sidewalk trip hazards?

It depends on the condition. We walk the property, flag each location, and scope the fix, from grinding down minor lifts to replacing panels. You get the quantities in writing before work starts.

Can you work across several properties?

Yes. We work with regional operators across more than one property. Send us the property list and we will schedule site walks and scope each one.

What are your payment terms?

A deposit at signing locks the schedule and the balance is due on completion, with no surprise line items. For invoicing or vendor-onboarding questions, start on the vendor info page.
