Vendor information, ready when you need it
Everything your office needs to approve a new vendor in one place. Tell us what your property or management company requires and we will send it, usually alongside the proposal.
What we can send your office
Issued to your property or management company. Tell us the certificate holder name and address and any wording your vendor agreement requires.
Coverage or exemption documentation for the crew working on your property.
Taxpayer form for your accounts payable team.
Local business tax receipt and license details for the work being performed.
Itemized scope with quantities, exclusions, schedule and payment terms, so the job you approve is the job we do.
From first request to signed completion
We walk the property with you, flag trees and structures, note access, utilities and drainage, and photograph existing conditions.
A written scope with quantities, exclusions and schedule. You know exactly what is included before anything moves.
A deposit at signing locks the schedule. We coordinate locates, permits and resident or guest notices before equipment arrives.
Same crew, same lead, start to finish. Daily updates on larger jobs and a clean, secured site at the end of every day.
Final walk together, punch items handled on the spot, debris hauled, and the balance due on completion.
Storm and hazard response
For a tree emergency, call (386) 212-4828. Have the property name and address ready, what the tree is on or blocking, and whether anyone is hurt.
If a tree is on or near a power line, stay clear and call the utility first. We secure the hazard once the site is safe to work. After major storms we travel beyond our routine eight-county service area.
